1. What is Highster Mobile?
Highster Mobile is the industry leading cell phone monitoring software program designed and intended for parents to help keep their children safe and for employers to maintain productivity among employees. Highster Mobile is at the forefront of developing and deploying this technology to parents and employers.
2. Will anything be shipped to me?
You will receive your purchase via instant download to the email address you enter during checkout. Nothing will be shipped to you unless you specifically request a physical copy of the program.
3. Do you have Customer Support?
We value your business and offer the highest level of customer care possible to all of our customers.
When you purchase Highster Mobile you will receive FREE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Our agents will be available to answer all of your questions and even walk you through the installation process if necessary.
4. Is the location of the phone displayed on a REAL map?
Yes the location of the phone is displayed in real time on a real map. For the GPS application Google Maps is used which provides unparalleled ease of use and accuracy.
5. How long does installation take?
Installation can be done in less than 5 minutes.
6. How does Highster Mobile Work?
Highster Mobile works by accessing data from the phone to which it has been installed. Once the application is installed, it will gather data from the phone and upload it to our secure servers. You can view this data by logging into your Secure Online Account, which is provided for you when you buy the program. Everything you need to begin using the app will be emailed to you. Nothing is shipped. In your email, you will get the activation link which will take you to the installation instructions. To install the app, you will need to have possession of the phone you want to monitor for about two to three minutes. You will enter a link (that you get from us) into the target phones web browser. You must then enter your license key and activate the app within the phone. After the app is installed, you will not need to have possession of the phone again.
7. Do I have to reinstall the application if the target telephone number is changed?
You will not have to reinstall the application or make any changes if the target telephone number is changed.
8. Is it legal to use Highster Mobile?
It is legal for parents to use Highster Mobile to monitor their children and for employers to monitor the company owned devices of employees. For companies to use the software it is almost always necessary to gain the consent of the employee prior to installing monitoring software on the device. Parents are permitted to monitor the activity of their underage children.
We absolutely do not condone the use of our software for illegal purposes.
9. How long is the software good for?
There is no time limit on the software. The software is good for as long as you are using it on a compatible phone or other device.
10. How many devices can I monitor with the software?
Each purchase comes with one active license key which enables you to monitor one phone. Additional license keys must be purchased separately.
11. Can Highster Mobile be installed remotely?
It is required to have possession of the phone you want to monitor for approximately 2-3 minutes to install the Highster Mobile app. Once the app has been installed, possession of the phone again is not needed.
12. Does the phone need internet?
The target phone does not need to have internet service for the application to function.
13. Where is the information from the target phone sent?
You can receive information collected by the target phone to any email address you specify or you can have it sent directly to your cell phone or online web account. Either way, you will have instant access to ALL information collected by the application.
14. Can I transfer the software from my PC to my phone via USB?
Yes, you can transfer the software via USB or internet connection.
15. Do I need to have the target phone telephone number?
No, you do not need the target telephone number if you are installing the application to the target phone.
16. Are prepaid phones supported?

17. Is the Highster Mobile icon visible on the monitored phone?
Yes. By default, the Highster Mobile icon will appear in the Applications menu (screens and/or pages) and also in the Applications Manager menu. The icon cannot be removed and will remain visible unless Highster Mobile is uninstalled from the monitored device.
18. Which features require rooting?
Rooting the Android device is not required.
